    • When booking a group of 18 guests, the tour leader travels free of charge.

    • Booking as a family qualifies you for a 15% discount.

  • Custom Itineraries: We can modify the itinerary to include specific attractions or experiences based on your preferences.
  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after the payment is made. A deposit may be required to secure your spot.
  • Early Booking Recommended: Spots fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.
  • Accommodation: Participants will stay in carefully selected 4-star hotels, offering comfort, cleanliness, and quality service throughout the journey.
  • Multiple Languages Available: The tour is available in different languages upon request. Please inform us in advance for language preferences.
  • Travel Insurance & Requirements: Travel insurance is not included but is highly recommended. Participants should check visa and entry requirements before booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to departure: full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made between 30–44 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure: no refund.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services or voluntary withdrawal during the tour.
  • Any changes made less than 7 days before the experience start date may not be accepted.
  • Certain tours require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, clients will be offered an alternative date/experience or a full refund
  • If an experience is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, clients will be offered an alternative date or an appropriate refund.

What To Expect

Day 1 – Arrival in Tirana & City Discovery

Please note: The activities planned for this day will take place depending on your arrival time at Tirana International Airport Nënë Tereza. If your flight arrives earlier in the day, you will have more time to explore the city. For later arrivals, the program will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Arrival at Tirana International Airport
    Welcome to Albania! Upon arrival at Tirana International Airport Nënë Tereza, you will be greeted by our company representative in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. After a warm welcome, you will be transferred by private vehicle to your hotel in Tirana.
  • Hotel check-in & time to rest
    Upon arrival at the hotel, check in and take some time to relax after your journey. This free time allows you to settle in, refresh, and prepare for the first experiences of the tour.
  • Afternoon: Tirana city introduction
    Later in the afternoon, meet your guide and fellow travelers to begin an easy introductory exploration of Albania’s vibrant capital, Tirana. This relaxed walk offers a first glimpse into the city’s fascinating mix of history, culture, and colorful architecture.
  • During the visit you will discover some of Tirana’s most iconic landmarks:
  • Skanderbeg Square – the heart of the city, surrounded by important cultural institutions and named after Albania’s national hero.
    Et’hem Bey Mosque – a beautiful 18th-century mosque famous for its detailed frescoes and historical importance.
    Tirana Pyramid – one of the most recognizable monuments in the city, representing an interesting chapter of Albania’s modern history.
  • (Optional) – Cable car ride to Dajti Mountain
    Ascend by cable car to Dajti Mountain, located within Dajti National Park. From the summit, enjoy panoramic views over Tirana and the surrounding countryside. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and take time to relax or enjoy a coffee with a view.
  • Evening: Welcome dinner with the group
    In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner together with the rest of the group at a traditional local restaurant. This is the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow travelers and begin the journey together while tasting some of Albania’s most delicious traditional dishes.
  • You will have the chance to try a variety of Albanian specialties, prepared with fresh local ingredients, while your guide introduces the exciting experiences planned for the upcoming days.

Day 2 - Arrival in Saranda & leisure time

  • Breakfast at your hotel & check-out.
  • Begin your journey with an early morning drive from Tirana to Saranda, a picturesque coastal town along the Albanian Riviera. As you travel, enjoy scenic views of lush landscapes and breathtaking coastlines.
  • Check-in at hotel boutique
    Upon arrival in Saranda, settle into your comfortable accommodation and take some time to relax before exploring the area.
  • Leisure time in Saranda
    Spend the afternoon at your own pace—unwind on the beach, take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters, or stroll along the charming coastline, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. As the sun sets, enjoy the vibrant seaside ambiance of Saranda, setting the perfect tone for your adventure ahead.
  • In the evening, savor a seaside dinner or simply relax at your hotel, as you settle in for an overnight stay in Saranda.

Day 3 - Boat trip and city exploration

  • Visit Lekurasi castle & experience albanian nights
    Cap off the evening with a visit to Lekurasi Castle, perched on a hill overlooking Saranda. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the coast, sip on a refreshing drink, and soak in the magic of Albanian nightlife in this historic setting.
  • Afterward, return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay in Saranda.

Day 4 - Gjipe beach and Canyon adventure

    Embark on a hike down to Gjipe Beach, navigating through stunning terrain surrounded by towering cliffs. Along the way, take time to explore Gjipe Canyon, an awe-inspiring natural wonder with dramatic rock formations and hidden pathways.
  • Leisure time at Gjipe beach
    Arriving at the beach, spend the afternoon unwinding on golden sands, swimming in the crystal-clear waters, or simply enjoying the peaceful and untouched surroundings.
  • Hike back & return to hotel
    As the sun begins to set, hike back to the starting point and transfer back to the hotel, where you can relax and reflect on a day filled with adventure and natural beauty.
  • Enjoy a calm evening and an overnight stay in Saranda.

Day 5 - History, culture & coastal beauty - Butrint & Ksamil

  • Transfer to Butrint National Park
    Start the day with a scenic drive to Butrint, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Albania’s most significant archaeological treasures.
  • Explore the ancient ruins of Butrint
    Step back in time as you wander through the ruins, where layers of history unfold from Greek and Roman times to Byzantine and Venetian influences. Explore the ancient theater, temples, and well-preserved city walls, immersing yourself in the stories of this once-thriving settlement.
  • Transfer to Blue Eye
    Journey to the Blue Eye, a mesmerizing natural spring with striking turquoise and emerald waters, surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy time to explore the area and take in the serene beauty of this iconic natural wonder.
  • Traditional lunch near the Blue Eye
    Savor an authentic meal made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, enjoying the flavors of southern Albania.
  • Transfer to Ksamil
    Continue to Ksamil, a stunning coastal gem known for its idyllic white-sand beaches and turquoise waters.
  • Free time at Ksamil Beach

Today is a day to relax and enjoy the Albanian Riviera at your own pace. Whether you prefer beach time, exploring more local attractions, or just unwinding, this day is yours to make the most of.

Day 7 - Visit Gjirokaster and return in Tirana

  • Breakfast at the hotel
    The day begins with breakfast at the hotel in Sarandë, followed by some relaxing time by the sea.
  • Free time at the beach
    Enjoy your final morning on the coast with free time at the beach. You may swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea, relax under the sun, or simply take in the peaceful seaside atmosphere before continuing the journey.
  • Hotel check-out and transfer to Gjirokastër
    After the relaxing morning, we check out from the hotel and drive inland toward Gjirokastër, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its well-preserved Ottoman architecture, distinctive stone houses, and rich cultural heritage.
  • Explore the “City of Stone”
    Upon arrival, we explore the historic old town of Gjirokastër, known for its cobblestone streets, traditional tower houses, and artisan shops.
  • We also visit Gjirokastër Castle, one of the largest fortresses in Albania, offering panoramic views over the city and the Drino Valley while revealing fascinating stories from the region’s military and cultural past.

    Journey back to Tirana
    After exploring the city, we continue the drive back to Tirana, reflecting on the unforgettable landscapes, cultural treasures, and memorable experiences discovered throughout the journey in Albania.

    Farewell Dinner
    In the evening, we gather for a special farewell dinner, celebrating the end of our Albanian adventure while enjoying traditional cuisine and sharing memories from the trip.
